Messaging Terms and Conditions
Text messaging may be used after a customer completes the 10DLC approval process, is fully vetted, and approved by all applicable wireless carriers. If approved, this service may not be abused. By submitting the approval application you acknowledge that IntegriTel has a zero-tolerance policy in regards to its SMS/MMS policy. Abuse of this service will result in a permanent ban on the ability to send or receive SMS/MMS messages.
Additionally, For critical account notifications, and urgent security notifications, our customers may opt-in to our messaging notification service. To do this please contact Customer Care at 314-764-6500 or submit a ticket to our by emailing [email protected]. Please note: Message frequency may very and messaging or data rates may apply. For additional information on messaging and data rates, please contact your mobile carrier. After your request is submitted you will receive a text notification confirming your opt-in. At any time; for additional information you may reply "HELP" or to opt-out of future messaging from IntegriTel you may reply "STOP". A confirmation message will be sent confirming your decision.

Messaging Privacy Policy
IntegriTel collects cellular/mobile information from its customers for the purpose of regular business communication, and with the verbal opt-in consent of the customer may send text messages (SMS/MMS) to customers for the purpose of regular business or urgent support related communications. Message and data rates may apply, Message frequency may vary. Customers may reply to any message with “HELP” for additional information or “STOP” to unsubscribe at any time. Customers may also call our offices at 314-764-6500, or e-mail support at [email protected] to unsubscribe. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
