Communicator and Communicator GO 7 - Password Reset



Mobile and Desktop application licenses must be enabled by support. Please contact support to have your application licenses enabled, and your temporary passwords set. If you are re-installing or upgrading from a previous version, this step is not necessary. ​
Password Reset Procedure
  • All password resets for both Communicator: Business Edition, and Communicator GO must be performed from the mobile app. 
  • You do not need to be signed in to initiate the password reset. However, if you are already signed in, you will need to sign out.
    • To sign out and reset your password, Open your mobile app, on an iPhone Press "More -->" at the bottom of the app, Press Quit, and then Sign Out. On Android, press the hamburger menu in the top left-hand corner of the screen, Press Quit, and then Sign Out.
  • Launch your Mobile app, and click the "Forgot Your Password?" link below the login button.
  • Enter your e-mail address, and make sure the server is set to "voice.integritel.com". Press OK.

You will now receive an e-mail in your inbox with a password reset link. Use this link to obtain your temporary password. Once you use this password the first time, you will be asked to reset your password to a password of your choosing. If you do not see this message, please be sure to check your spam or junk mail folder.
